What would be some helpful things to know for this week?
My Guides tell me this a week of finding your footing – making the first tentative steps headed toward forward motion after a period of standstill and backwards/sideways motion. It is still relatively slow going – you are not ready to speed forward. But with each forward step you have the opportunity to pause and reconsider if this is where you wish to be going. There is no judgment here – there is no one right path. But be discerning as to what feels best to you in the moment. If there is hesitation or a feeling of dread, choose again. The goal is to learn to quickly adjust yourself so you are always aligning with with what brings your heart fullness. But this is not something you are used to doing on a moment-to-moment basis, and so it will take conscious awareness and practice and may feel less spontaneous than you would like. Trust this will change.
This is also a good week to blow some fresh air into something that feels stagnant for you. It may be that it is finally time to release it, or it may be that simply shifting things with a blast of fresh energy can help you see new potentials. So we say to you again, this is a week where it is helpful not to be tied too much to old routines and typical response patterns. Shift things around and see what shakes loose.
Something to try this week is to frequently rub the palms of your hands together in a circular motion. Do this until they feel warm; and consider doing it as often as you remember before starting projects. This is of course a way to activate your hand chakras, but the purpose at this time is to be more aware of how connected you are – how much of your energy you exchange as you go about regular activities in your day. It is good to know how connected you are and to make these connections conscious.
This is also a helpful motion in moving stagnant energy. Working with Bergamot essential oil may be helpful at this time to offer a vibration of upliftment as heavy old energy comes up for clearing. As always we encourage you to drink plenty of water, to be outside as you can, and to turn your face to the sun.
