Today Lori-Lyn Hurley‘s Sacred Beginnings prompt is SACRED SPACE.
While I thought perhaps I’d take a photo of one of the many altars I have set up, I decided instead to share this instead.
This life of mine feels very sacred, and I like thinking of my heart as a very sacred container as well.
Today I came across a wonderful quote by Ron Beathard:
“The Shakers lived with one foot planted firmly in heaven and the other planted firmly in the fields and sang until the one caught up with the other.”
Isn’t that fabulous?
I think that perfectly expresses how we’re meant to live – remembering we’re divine and yet also remembering we chose this life in the physical in the great adventure of seeing how well we could embody our divinity.
I want to sing myself into unity. Yes I do!
