Brightest Blessings at this Solstice! I hope you spend some time today to honor and celebrate the turning of the seasonal wheel. I always feel a sense of excitement with these passages, as though the spinning world has issued me an invitation for a new journey, a new adventure, a new way of showing up. This year in particular I feel a vibrant buzzing encouraging energy bidding us to show up to the party in golden costumes of light. Doesn’t that sound like fun? And doesn’t it sound like exactly what is needed at this time?
I love this poem by Hafiz. It’s always been a favorite of mine, but it seems especially apropos now. It speaks to me about what I think we’re all called to do, and reminds that we’ve got so much support and so many resources. Perhaps it’s our perfect invitation to have the most wonderful summer we can.

Here’s to having a fabulous summer (or winter for my southern hemisphere friends) in which we all feel encouraged, know we’re loved, and shine brilliantly!
I am hopeful for summer as our weather improves and I can be outside more. Fresh air and sun have always been my best therapy. Today is also my grandson’s 1 month birthday, so that’s exciting!
